Its strange because I have conscious knowledge of my feelings (because I'm usually very negative), it's like falling in love all over again every day, because every day is different...it really is fantastic! Remembering habitual ways, and gratitude is kind of like knowing your up and on the better side of life of every day and it can only ever grow! One day the newspapers will reflect it too ! I watched a Muslim woman and her infant son being silly and goofy in line at WalMart the other day, 20 minutes of them playing peekaboo from behind a bag and her covering his little head with kisses. I floated for a long time on this image, the smile it gave me, I passed on to everyone I encounted the rest of the day. That is wonderful ! and so easy to do when you think about it.
